Chris was a pleasure to work with and very helpful along the way as this was our first home project. We had him build an in-law suite as well as an addition on the main house, adding 1300sqft and remodeling the kitchen. He and his team were always on time and great at what they do, very clean, and friendly. Even with all the delays due to supply chain issues he was still able to complete the project in a timely manner and stuck to his original estimate. We have worked with Chris and his team for over a year now on a major home renovation, inside and out, additions etc. We originally interviewed a few contractors for the job and Chris stood out due to his eye for design and recommendations that not only built on our ideas, but also helped us stay on budget. He has made the process of such a complex job, in my opinion, as easy as possible. From the minute I interviewed Chris I knew he was the right choice. I remodeled and added an addition to my kitchen added an addition converted a useless sunroom into additional living space added a 20x12 ft deck resided the whole house remodeled the first floor for an open concept. Chris kept me informed every step a very responsive communicator. And his workers very respectful and polite who always cleaned up the work area each day as we lived in the house during the Reno. I had some changes and it was never a problem during the project. All went on schedule. I would use this company again and highly recommend if u want your projects done with no issues.
